DAMAGED PRODUCT RECEIVED

In the rare case the product you received is damaged, incomplete or wrong we
apologize for the inconvenience. We try to make sure that every product is correctly placed to every customer. However, should you find in such a situation you can simply contact us at orders@xarasoft.com.pk or call us at 03028566018
Claims can be done within 7 working days of making purchase and all claims will be entertained after the approval from quality department.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE

XARASOFT make sure that all our customers are satisfied so offer this opportunity to exchange product with another but with few limitations.

  1. Please note that items on sale and promotion are not eligible for exchange.
  2. Once sale starts the final price at the sale will be the final price for any exchange.
  3. If the article is not used, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition and you have original invoice with you, then you are good to go with the exchange within 7 working days (subject to availability).

CASH REFUND

If there is any manufacturing fault in product then a refund will be issued within 14 working days once we received the item & will refund the amount to your bank account/other payment methods.

DELIVERY TIME

We are catering customers nationwide. All orders received will be delivered by Leopards Courier Services.

Product will be dispatched within a day, once order is confirmed over call / sms or email.

Delivery will be done from Pakistan.

It will take 2-3 Days for the packet to be delivered in Pakistan
